Shipping Policy

 

Because our products are all handmade, our orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Special release days may have a longer processing time frame. Contact me  at simplymonifa@outlook.com if you have any questions.

Shipping takes about 5-10 business days for customers in the Bahamas and 7-14 days for our International customers in the United States and Canada for a small/regular orders, however, if you have a medium to large order the processing and shipping time can take fourteen (14) plus days.

Terms and Conditions for wholesale purchase

 Place your order

 

 Order is made easy with Monifa Unjinga. We accept orders via email simplymonifa@outlook.com, or  call or WhatApp us at 1-242-447-2931. When placing your order please include the following: 

  1. First and last names
  2. Mailing address for international orders and street address for our local/delivery clients
  3. Please include the sku number (stock number) and quantity for each item 

We accept all major credit and debit card payments via our paypal account, paymonifa@hotmail.com and Western Union. For local orders, we accept payment via suncash.me/monifaunjinga, Western Union or Direct Deposit.

Local minimum order

The minimum order for local orders is $500.00. A 50% deposit is require when the order is placed, with the balance paid on delivery for clients in Nassau. All Family island orders must be paid for in full.

International minimum order

The minimum order for international orders is $1000.00 that must be paid in full when the order is placed.

Please be advised that our products are all handcrafted and for those reasons please allow fourteen (14) to twenty-eight (28) for your order to be processed and shipped. Most orders are shipped in less than twenty-eight (28) days for minimum orders.  For orders that exceed the minimum order allow up to six (6)  or eight (8) weeks for the order to be processed or shipped depending on the size of the order.

Order Cancellation Policy

There is a restocking fee of 35% on the initial orders, once the order is cancelled within one (1) to three (3) working days after the order was placed. 

Return Policy  

We accept returns on the following conditions:-

  1. Orders must be returned within  three (3) to seven (7) after delivery 
  2. Accompanied with the original invoice
  3. Returned in the original container or bag
  4. In a completely unaltered state

Please be further advised that there is no REFUND on returned merchandise, however, the funds will be credited towards your next order.

Shipping and Handling

All orders are shipped via The Bahamas Postal Service anywhere to the Continental USA and Canada. Our shipping fees start at $16.50 and increase base on the weight of the package.
